RATES

During the week $190.00 per night with a minimum stay 2 nights. $205 per night for weekends(weekend rates include Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights). $20 per person per night for over 6 guests. Cleaning fee of $80.

BOOKINGS

Check-in after 2pm. Check out by 10am. Please note we are happy to accommodate later check-out times if they are available. 50% DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO SECURE BOOKING. Payment will be required to confirm the booking.

PAYMENT

Final payment must be made 2 weeks prior to occupation. Payment can be made via card or deposited via EFT, ask for details. Unfortunately, we can’t take credit card bookings over the phone. An email will confirm guest booking and a EFTPOS receipt will be forwarded. Payment will be required to confirm the booking.

BOND

A bond amount of $200.00 is required. The bond must be paid with final payment. This amount will be refunded after inspection of premises after vacation.

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations must be received in writing.
Cancelled bookings will receive a 50% refund prior to 1 week from date and time of organised key collection.
Cancelled bookings will receive no refund less than 1 week from date and time of organised key collection.

PETS, SMOKING and Parties

This is a non-smoking house, sorry no pets are permitted. THIS IS A NO PARTY HOUSE!

SECURITY CAMERAS

There is a security camera on the front verandah, but it will be disabled when guests arrive.
There are several fake security cameras at the back of the house, that cannot record footage.
